Will I have to bring a referral for business each time I come along?

No, this is an environment to build and improve relationships which often leads to business but there is no pressure to bring leads.

Do I have to attend every month?

No, you will be e-mailed the week prior and asked if you would like to come along. But don't miss this e-mail as a late response may mean the meeting is too full to include you!

Do I have to pay membership fees?

No membership fees or joining fees just £8.50 on arrival by cash or cheque - but you will still be charged this if you say you are going to turn up and don't as we have had to order you a breakfast.

Can I still attend if there is someone else there doing what I do?

Yes, there is no restriction to how many representatives of one trade or profession can be there but we seldom find we are overrun by one type and sometimes this is a great opportunity for joint initiatives.

What do most people wear? Is it smart or casual?

Whatever you feel comfortable in although pyjamas might not do a lot for your business image...

I have never been networking, will someone show me the ropes?

The meeting is usually hosted by Val Down who will greet you and make sure you are introduced to other regular members. You will be made most welcome.
